She is survived by: her children, Mary Lou Birdsell (Jeff) of Montrose and James Bechtel of West Point, Iowa; her grandchildren, Danielle Kreps (Ian) of Fort Madison, Caleb Birdsell of Montrose, Jessy Foutch (Billy) of Bushnell and April Birdsell of Good Hope, Illinois; her great grandchildren, Rhett, Finnley, Jace, Scarlett and Remi; her sister Sue Newton (Tom) of Iowa City; her niece Laura Kahler (Adam); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Owen, Mason and Addy; her former husband Ronald Bechtel; and her husband Dick Beach. She is also survived by several cousins and friends.
