He was predeceased by: his daughter Beth Marie Stukerjurgen; his brother Joseph Stukerjurgen; and his parents-in-law, Melvin and Barb Holtkamp. He is survived by: his parents, Ron Stukerjurgen and Carol Stukerjurgen (Lohman) of Houghton, Iowa; his wife Amie Jean Holtkamp; his children, Jena Duwa (Levi) of Kalona, Iowa and Jacob Stukerjurgen of Salem, Iowa; his granddaughter Tatum Beth Duwa; and his siblings, Jay Stukerjurgen (Ingrid) of Polk City, Iowa, Judy Steffensmeier (Adrian) of Fort Madison and Jan Hunting (Micheal) of Robins, Iowa.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established in his memory for Lee County Fair 4-H and FFA Livestock Programs, St. John's Catholic Church or Houghton Fire and Rescue.
