He is survived by: his wife Betty Tripp of West Point; his children, Kevin Tripp (Colleen) of West Point and Ilene DePriest (Steve) of West Point; his grandchildren, Kara Strunk, Geoff DePriest, Brian Tripp, Eric Tripp, Adam Tripp and Jacob Tripp; and his siblings, Lloyd Tripp of Cedar Rapids and Cheryl Nelson of Independence, MO. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
