It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carl M. Foster of West Point, Iowa, who passed away on April 12, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Newton and Elbertine Maude Hampton Foster; his siblings, Clifford and Ruby Neuweg; and his grandchildren, J. D. Foster and Jessica Wiegard.
He is survived by: his children, Clinton Daniel (Julie) of Burlington, Lisle Scott of Burlington and Laura Bawidamann (David) of Burnsville, MN. He is also survived by two grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established for Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice.
