He is survived by: his parent Marcella Kempker (Menke); his wife Denise Kempker of West Point; his children, Timothy Helmick of Charleston, SC, Michael Helmick (Mayra) of Nauvoo and Amanda Huston (Joey) of Nauvoo; and his siblings, Jim Kempker (Brenda) of Fort Madison, Dave Holmes (Lucy) of Arizona, Pat Kempker (Margaret) of California, Mike Kempker (Pam) of West Point, Shane Gernhardt (Amy) of Fort Madison, Shawn Holmes of Fort Madison, Betty Finch (Jack) of California, Patsy Eid (Frank) of Fort Madison, Deb Thompson (Chuck) of Montrose, Mary Gillette (Scott) of Fort Madison and Peggy Hirte (Mark) of Wever. He is also survived by children; 16 grandchildren; three great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
