He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Oliver and Florence Lenora Hepker (Gauger); and his siblings, Marietta Smith, Hubert Hepker, Jr. and Dennis Hepker.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathleen Wieskamp of West Liberty; his daughters, Laurie Jewell (Jim) of Atalissa and Sue Colombini (Andy) of Elmhurst, Illinois; his grandson Spencer Juergens of Atalissa; his great grandchildren, Ila and Robert Juergens; his brother Dwain Hepker (Lila) of Atalissa; and his sister-in-law Mary Hepker of Mission, Texas..
