The passing of Lotene Poulsen of West Liberty, Iowa leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on March 11, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Weinard and Gertrude Weinard (Parsons); her husband Bill; and her siblings, Harold, Carl Jr., LaVerne (Chub), LaWayne, Dorothy Stalder, Arlene Pohren and Loretta Marchesano.
She is survived by: her sons, Steven Poulsen (Chris) of West Liberty and Dennis Poulsen of West Liberty; her grandchildren, Amanda Shield, Kyle (Melissa), Carl (Angie), Kent and Riley Poulsen; and her children, Kane Shield, Reagan, Haidyn, Harper and Leo Poulsen.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Henderson Barker Funeral Home West Liberty (205 E Third St, West Liberty, IA 52776).
In lieu of flowers a memorials may be made to Camp Courageous or West Liberty Rescue Unit.
