He was predeceased by: his father John Mulcahy; and his aunts, Debra Larson (McIntire) and Susie Ballenberger. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Provine (McIntire) of West Liberty; his brother James "Red" Provine (Shelly) of West Branch; his pet Rubie (Sandie) of Riverside; his child Kassie Wernimont (Bentley); his grandchildren, Reagan and Rebekah; his child Kayleigh Myers (Michael); and his grandchildren, Cayden, Harrison, Hudson and Huxley. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorial donations in memory of Bubba may be made to the Iowa City Animal Shelter.
