He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Terri Lynn Blair (Jim) of West Liberty, Rick Meade (Joann) of West Liberty, Randy Meade (Sue) of West Liberty and Jon Meade (Ronda) of West Liberty; his great grandchildren, Mason, Eva, Hudson Karam, Marley, Turner, Harper, Eden, Emmett Simon, Cash, Harlow Meade, Luke Meade and Maddi Meade; his siblings, Loren, Richard Meade, Donna Meade and Mary Sue Miller; and also, Chenelle Karam (Matt), Chana Simon (Joe), Zach Merriman, Jerry Meade (Abby), Josh Meade (Holly), Chelsea McIntire (Dustin), Jesse Meade (Alison), Hanna and Hank Meade.
