He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Cornick and Emma Cornick (Bolan); his spouse Beverly Wick; his siblings, Gerald, Dwight, Ebb, Lucille, Lela Corrine, Mildred, Twyla, Bonnie and Connie; and his great grandchild Nova.

He is survived by: his daughters, Roxy Gums (Mark) of Las Vegas and Tammy Feldman (Adam) of Atalissa; his grandchildren, Andy Gums (Nicole), Luke Gums (Eulalia) of Las Vegas, Nick Feldman (Becky) of West Liberty, Jason Feldman (Ashley) of Wilton and Abby Ortiz (Edgar) of Atalissa; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Kaelyn, Dillon, Zachary, Kolby, Riley, Hadley, Makenzie, Wyatt, Lucy, Emmitt, Hudson and Nash.
