He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dorothy Stone and Leighton Arthur Stone; his wife Gail; his children, Christine Van Kirk (Jay) of Clive, Iowa and Jeff Stone (Glenna) of Bothell, Washington; his granddaughter Katie Heath (Trevor) of Georgia; his children, Emily, Laurie, Julie Van Kirk of Iowa, Sadie and Piper Stone of Seattle, Washington; and his sisters, Linnie Stone of Rocklin and Betty Frederick (Pat) of San Jose, California..
