It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilbur Guy Gamble (West Des Moines, Iowa), who passed away on December 6, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Gamble and Gladys Gamble (Hays); his siblings, Edythe Johnston, Helen Howard, Robert Gamble John Gamble, Dorothy Neal, Jim Gamble and Raymond Gamble; and his great grandchild Lillie Billiter.

He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Woodard of Clive, IA; his children, Deb Hotchkiss and Ronald Gamble (Vickie) of Knoxville, IA; his grandchildren, Melinda Sutherland (Doug) of Harvey, IA, Mike Gamble (Rechelle) of Knoxville, IA, David Hotchkiss (Jessica) of Indianola, IA and Sarah Dowd (Danny) of Ankeny, IA; his great grandchildren, Brandon, Cassidie, Nattilie Billiter of Harvey, IA, Cameron, Isabella Sutherland of Harvey, IA, Kason, Kolton, Lane Gamble of Knoxville, IA and Lydia Hotchkiss of Indianola, IA; his siblings, Delores Gamble of St. Charles, IA, Marge Seward of Nampa, ID, Jeanne White (Jerold) of Norwalk, IA, Don Gamble (Jan) of Oklahoma City, OK and Patricia Reeves of Republic, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Jeanie Gamble of St. Charles, IA, Gloria Stewart (Bill) of Urbandale, IA, Judy Gamble of Oklahoma City, OK, Ellen Kueker of Norwalk, IA and Clyde Neal of Springhill, IA. He is also survived by half-brothers and sisters, and many nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID, a private family service will be held at McLaren's Resthaven Chapel.
