He was predeceased by: his parents, Davisson Bertholf and Grace Bertholf (Doris Bertholf); and his son Craig Bertholf. He is survived by: his wife Doris Garrett; his daughters, Christine Walker (John) of Ankeny, IA and Lisa Bertholf of Polk City, IA; and his grandchildren, Garrett Bertholf (Crystal) of Grimes, IA and Natalie Erdman (Jess). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
