He was predeceased by: his father Barry Petrowsky; and his cousin Zachary Paulsen of Clive, IA.. He is survived by: his mother Dana Petrowsky Ward (John Ward); his sisters, Melissa Werner (Luke) and Fenton; and his aunts, Patrice Paulsen (Kurt) of Clive, IA and Cheryl Josephus.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Moines Golf and Country Club (1600 Jordan Creek Pkwy, West Des Moines, IA 50266). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
