He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Tom Jr. (Marie), Jill (Kenny) and Susie (Colette); his grandchildren, PJ, Victoria, Owen, Charlie and Jack; his great grandchild Callie; his in-laws, John and Marsha Dahl; and his friends, Michael, Barbara Owsianiak and Greg Ender.
