Thomas Matthew Carlson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Matthew Carlson in West Des Moines, Iowa, born in Denver, Colorado, who passed away on October 15, 2023, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Beth Cassidy; his niece Emersyn Smothers; and his grandparents, Richard, Barbara Carlson, Thomas and Rita Mae Cassidy.
He is survived by: his father John Carlson; his sisters, Claire Carlson and Ellen Oxenford (Nate); and his nephews, Ayla, Benny and Jack Oxenford. He is also survived by several cousins, aunts and uncles.
