It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa Marie Niederhauser of West Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on October 10, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Teresa may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sweeney and Joan Sweeney; and her brother Jim Sweeney. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Tyler (Jessie) and Blair; her grandchildren, Max and Sophie; and her pet Roxy.
