She is survived by: her husband Lee; her daughter Leslie Cruchelow (Howard); her grandchildren, Jess, Lexie Cruchelow and David Wood; her great grandchildren, Ryder Wood, Rylie Wood and Ryot Wood; and her siblings, Gary Lewis, Lon Lewis (Denise), Randy Lewis (Vicki) and Lauree Douglas (Steve). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
