It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sue A. Anderson (West Des Moines, Iowa), who passed away on October 13, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rollin 'Bobby' Jay Short and Maribel 'Mudder' Short (Holtzberg); her brother-in-law Ronald Kelsey; and her son-in-law Mike Wood. She is survived by: her children, Kandi Wood of Franklin, TN, Louie Anderson (Sue) of Des Moines and Jeff Anderson (Joely) of New Sharon; her grandchildren, Courtney Chandler (Chris) of Franklin, TN, Zach Anderson of New Sharon and Christina Anderson; her great grandchild Collins Chandler; and her sisters, Lana Kelsey of Fredericksburg, VA and Tara Snyder (Duke) of Mishawaka, IN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family will greet visitors an hour prior to the service at 1 p.m. Memorials may be directed to the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital or Children and Families of Iowa.
