He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray McGuire and Gladys McGuire (Bennett); his wife Lori Grimes of Porky's Restaurant; and his siblings, Marcia Viertel, Bob McGuire and Mike McGuire.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Juist (Norbert) of Chandler, AZ and Michele McGuire of Ankeny; his grandchildren, Morgan Terry, Kyle Juist, Abby Juist and Libby Juist; and his brothers, Chuck McGuire (Charlotte) of Des Moines and Jim McGuire (Jackie) of Evanston, IL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
