She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Beerends and Alberta Beerends (Jim Nixon). She is survived by: her brother Jerry; her sister-in-law Chris Beerends of Westbend, WI; her sister Barb Beerends of Denver, CO; her son Joe Fye (Deon Fackler); her grandchildren, James, Analy Fye of Randolp, NE, Katie Fye of Golden, CO, Haley, Austin Keller of Colfax, IA, Alyssa Fye of Golden, CO, Autumn Fye of Colfax, IA, Ariel Fye of Lincoln, NE, Gabrielle Fye of Pella, IA and Molly Fackler; and her great grandchild Azriel Fye of Randolph, NE.
In lieu of flowers, any remembrance can be sent to Poweshiek Animal League Shelter where she adopted a few of her fuzzy friends.
