She was predeceased by: her parents, David Liddle and Sally Liddle; her husbands, Jack Hill (Jack) and Bob Canfield; and her son John Michael Hill (Mike).

She is survived by: her friend Bob Canfield; her children, Cathryn Griffis (Jack) of Oskaloosa, IA, Laura Snyder (Tom), Benjamin Hill of Waukee, IA and Sara Crosby (Jeff) of Campbellsville; her daughter-in-law Pamela Hill of Toledo, OH.; and her siblings, Patricia Baehr of Des Moines and David Liddle, Jr. (Lorene) of Eau Claire, WI.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.

Sally has requested memorials in her name be given to the P.E.O. Foundation, 3700 Grand Ave, Des Moines, IA 50312 to help young women with their college education, Christian Opportunity Center, 1553 Broadway St, Pella, IA 50219, or to a charity of your choice.
