She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Moise Proulx and Malvina Proulx (Laferriere); her children, Linda Bego (Jim) of Ridgecrest, CA, Darlene Ackley-Raymond (Joe) of Des Moines, Robert (Bobbie) of Strongsville, OH, Randy (Cindy) of Des Moines and Patrick of Phoenix, AZ; her son-in-law Steve Onder; her daughter Carol Onder; and her brother O'Neil Proulx. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
