He was predeceased by: his wife Rosmary; his parents, Paul Cummings and Lola Cummings; and his brother Albert. He is survived by: his children, Rick Cummings (Susan), Lori Foster (Chuck) and Patrick Cummings (Diane). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the West Des Moines United Methodist Church.
