It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Jesse Roush (West Des Moines, Iowa), who passed away on July 5, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Jesse Roush to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Roush and Verble Roush (Graham); his siblings, Don Roush, Doris Roush Friar and Ruth Roush Hughes; and his stepdaughter Genelle Valentine.

He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Rick Roush (Mandy), Rob Roush (Wendi), Roni Benson (John) and Raney McLaughlin; and his stepchildren, Noel Chladek and Jonas Chladek (Amber). He is also survived by seven step grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
