It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Elvin Moore (West Des Moines, Iowa), who passed away on November 9, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elvin Moore and Nellie Moore; his wife Rose Ann; his children, Megan Price (Aaron), Susan Frausto and James Moore (Vicki); his grandson Daniel Frausto; his great grandchildren, Zane and Coltan; and his siblings, Rosalie Blakesley (Bud) and Richard Moore (Barb).

In lieu of flowers, memorials in his honor may go to Animal Rescue League of Iowa, Inc.
