He is survived by: his wife Jan Thomas (Johnson); his daughter Courtney Thomas (Wade Johnson); his grandchildren, Quinn and Ash Johnson-Thomas; his daughter Cindy Stanbro (Jason Stanbro); his granddaughter Anna Stanbro; and his siblings, Judy Fornash (Thomas), Jetta Shanklin (Thomas), Michael Thomas and Carol Cross (Thomas).
