He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Meide and Mabel Vander Meide; and his sister Karen Gillis. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Vander Meide; his children, Joel Vander Meide (Alexandra) and Kelly Manderschied (Tony); his grandchildren, Thomas and Anna Manderschied; and his pet Annie.
