He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Knutsen (Fogarty); his daughters, Megan Rowekamp (Jason) of Corcoran, MN and Paige Knutsen (Frank Naber) of Park Ridge, IL; his stepchildren, Brian Cunningham (Cynthia) of Las Vegas, NV and Meredith Atwood (Thomas) of Seattle, WA; his grandchildren, Owen and Anna Rowekamp; his stepgrandchildren, Jaryd Rowekamp, Brian and Jonas Cunningham; and his sister Janet Knutsen of Moretown, VT..
