He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Charles H Thompson and Saralee Thompson (England); and his grandson Evan Thompson. He is survived by: his sons, Chuck Thompson (Mikki) of Bethany, MO, Dave Thompson (Joanna) of Las Vegas, NV, Steve Thompson (Kelly) of Leon, IA, Jim Thompson (Tina) and West. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
