Michael Perkins Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2021, at the age of 66, Michael Perkins of West Des Moines, Iowa, born in Des Moines, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Jr. Perkins and Ann Perkins; and his siblings, Patricia Purvis and Harry Perkins III. He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his sister Vickie Wagner (Al); and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Perkins, Larry Purvis, William Toben (Du Ting) and Marla Fechenda. He is also survived by two nephews and seven nieces.
