He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Anton "Tony" O'Neal and Mabel Alice O'Neal (Kucker); his wife Wilma Jean Sheets; and his siblings, Donald, Guy, Virgel, Elsie and Barbara.
He is survived by: his children, Valerie Jean O'Neal (Bill Kautzky) and Douglas Melvin O'Neal (Cathleen); his grandchildren, Kent Young (Shelby), Casey Young, Kelsi Gonzalez (Dan), Justin O'Neal (Katherine) and Julie Peterson (Jacob); his great grandchildren, Cameron, Zoe, Tiara, Taryn, Savannah Jean, Ronnie and Chase; his great great grandchildren, Emmett and Nevaeh; his brother Robert "Bob" O'Neal; and his close friend Bev Howe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and his friend.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions there will be no other services planned and the family respectfully requests that masks be worn.
