She was predeceased by: her mother Barbara. She is survived by: her father Larry Dale of Des Moines; her aunt Kathryn Hart of Coralville; her cousin Alice Swenka (John) of Coralville; and also, Lane (Katie) and Stella Sue of Seattle.
