He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Dugger and Helen Dugger (O'Neall); and his brother-in-law John Black. He is survived by: his sisters, Janet Burgus of Mission Viejo, CA and Judy Dugger Cordle (Dick) of Waukee, IA; his nieces, Staci Shirley of Tipp City, OH, Kristi Testrake (Matt) of Olathe, KS and Jill Arthur (Matt) of Chicago, IL; his nephew Travis Burgus (Jennifer) of Liberty Lake, WA; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Katherine, Nathan, Olivia, Nicholas Shirley, Rex, Reese Burgus, Ava, Luke Testrake, Harrison and Sloane Arthur. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
