She was predeceased by: her parents, Onie Gean and Henrietta Jones Gean (Jones); and her siblings, Raymond, Edwin, Billy Joe, Larry, Chuck and Winnie Lewis.
She is survived by: her husband Willet "Pete" Cornell; her children, Kevin Cornell (Tammy Golden) of Jackson, MS, Laura Bathje (Dan) of Colorado Springs, CO and Glen Cornell (Jill) of Windsor Heights, IA; her grandchildren, Lindsay Cornell, Kayleigh Jolly (Josh), Amanda Brady, Seth Bathje, Emily Bathje, Josiah Bathje, Mark Bathje, Nora Cornell and Lily Cornell; her siblings, Linnie Eaker of Madrid, IA, Connie Gean of Searcy, AR, Charlotte Massey (Jerry) of Greenbriar, AR, Bobby Gean of Marshalltown, IA, Donnie Gean (Charlotte) of Tyronza, AR and Ron Gean (Carol) of West Memphis, AR; and her brother-in-law Carl Cornell (Lowella) of Clermont, FL.. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
Mary's health began to decline in 2016 as she started developing signs of Alzheimer's disease.
