It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marvin F. Mowrey (West Des Moines, Iowa), born in Sac City, Iowa, who passed away on May 8, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Mowrey and Margaret Mowrey (Christian); his sister Doris; and his son Greg. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Krusenstjerna; his brother Jim; his sons, Brian and Brad (Meg); his grandchildren, Jenna (Kyle), Scott (Alli), Adam and Violet; and his great grandchildren, Liam, Beau, Milah and Reverie.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Franklin Avenue Library.
