It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Alvin Brase (West Des Moines, Iowa), born in Waverly, Iowa, who passed away on February 10, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin W. Brase and Rosalie A. Brase (Reuscher). He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Brase (Swoboda); his children, Chris Brase (Jessica) of Des Moines and Melisa Morris (Matt) of Des Moines; his grandchildren, Drew Brase, Payton Morris, Reese Brase and Haley Morris; and his brothers, Dean Brase (Deb) of Cedar Falls, Bruce Brase of Austin, TX and Ross Brase (Peg) of Waverly. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
