With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth G. Monroe (West Des Moines, Iowa), who passed away on May 16, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ray Monroe and Mildred Monroe; his former wife Irene Wood; his wife Diana Calkins; his sons, Keith (Maria), Mark (Sue) and Paul (Mary); and his stepson Jeff (Brenda). He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be directed to a charity of the donor's choice.
