He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Bussard and Harry Bussard; and his wife Judy Evans. He is survived by: his children, Lisa of Grimes, IA, Kevin (Bonnie) of Orangevale, CA and Brian (Suphisara) of Portland, OR; and his brother Larry.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Central Presbyterian Church, Des Moines IA; Suncrest Hospice, West Des Moines, IA; the Alzheimer's Association or an organization of your choosing.
