She was predeceased by: her mother Betty Cummings (Craig); and her pets, Purry and Smudge. She is survived by: her father Thomas Cummings; her siblings, Lynn Chapman (Jerry) and Craig Cummings; her nephews, Aaron Chapman (Brooke Austin) and Brian Chapman (Heidi Docktor); and her pet Cinnamon. She is also survived by one aunt; many cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the local ARL.
