She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Baum and Clara Baum; her husband Floyd Smith; her siblings, Malinda Dinslage, Jerome Baum, Mildred Stracke, Del Baum and Melvin Baum; her son Gregory; and her grandson Joshua.
She is survived by: her former husband George McCullough; her children, Sandra, Alan (Tracy), Kathy, Sharon and James (Barb); her grandchildren, Jason, Nikole, Sam and Theo; and her great grandchildren, Jayden and Mckenna. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
