He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Peter Costanzo Jr.; and his sister Victoria. He is survived by: his mother Mary Darlene (Ricketts); his wife Karen; and his children, JP Costanzo IV of Onterio Canada and Liz Costanzo of Naples, Florida. He is also survived by brothers, sister and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the McLaren's Resthaven Chapel (4501 Mills Civic Pkwy, West Des Moines, IA 50265).
