He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George, Anna Miller, Milton Bruder and Lois Folkers; and his uncles, Roger Miller and Bob Bruder.

He is survived by: his parents, Donald and Laurita; his brother Eric (Stacey); his nephews, Grant and Chase; and his niece Cate. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins.
