He was predeceased by: his parents, John William "Bill" Williams and Eleanor May "June" Williams; and his sister Sally Mortoza. He is survived by: his son Travis D. Williams of Urbandale; and his sisters, Sue Payne of Melrose and Sharon Bagby of Des Moines.
