He is survived by: his wife Julia Ingram; his children, Jerilyn, Kirk and Lola Phillips; his siblings, Sam (Bonnie Phillips), Joe (Vinnie Phillips), Lynn Chance (Phillips), Ruth (Dave Dillie) and Philip Phillips (Delores "Mena"); and his brother-in-law Jan Krakowiak.
