He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessie Seago (Gibson) and George Seago Sr.; his son Clyde; and his grandson Robert Burney. He is survived by: his wife Frances Dunaway of Haverhill; his children, Susan Burney of Des Moines, Mike Seago (Mary) of Gower, MO and Nancy Ridout (Terry) of Marshalltown, IA; his daughter-in-law Marilyn Seago of Mingo, IA; and his siblings, Robert Seago of Conyers, GA, Richard Seago of Gracewood, GA and Sarah Seago of Gracewood, GA.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice or Covenant Presbyterian Church in West Des Moines.
