It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel Philip Bohnenkamp (West Des Moines, Iowa), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on August 5, 2022, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his nephew Dylan Bohnenkamp; and his grandparents, Amos, Bernie Bohnenkamp, Don and Dorothy Wermes.

He is survived by: his parents, Jim Bohnenkamp and Carol Bohnenkamp (Wermes); his brother Tim (Jennifer); his niece Lamaya Ewing; and his nephews, Nolan and Alec Bohnenkamp.
