JoAnne Wash Obituary

With profound sadness, we say goodbye to JoAnne Wash of West Des Moines, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. JoAnne left this world on December 4, 2024 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernice Holman (Brinton) and Paul Arley Holman; her brother Dean Holman; her granddaughter Alexis Olson; and her son-in-law Dale Johnson Jr..

She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Johnson and Debra Olson; her sister JoLene Lee of Jackson, TN; her grandchildren, Dana Ranniger (Anthony) of Waukee and Tyler Olson (Sandy) of Medellin; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Ranniger, David Olson, Delaney Ranniger, Savannah Olson and Zoe Olson.

A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Lutheran Church of Hope, West Des Moines (1335 NE Beaverbrooke Blvd, Grimes, IA 50111).

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association (1415 28th Street, Suite 430, West Des Moines, IA 50266) or Suncrest Hospice (5959 Village View Dr, Suite 100 West Des Moines IA, 50266) in JoAnne's memory.
