He is survived by: his parents, Ken Kelsay and Carol Kelsay; his children, Katherine and Thomas; his wife Mariah; his brother Brian (Oana); his mother-in-law Christine Elmore; and his brother-in-law Joshua Elmore. He is also survived by his niece and nephews.
