He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Reichenbacher and Betty Lou Reichenbacher (Phelps); his sister Anita Kay Pearson; and his stepdaughter Michelle Gardner. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Loewen; his children, Jay II (Desiree) and Dianne Reichenbacher; his stepson Brian Gardner; and his brother Dennis (Anke) of Davenport.
